DIY Landlords UK, advertising for Landlords with property or empty Rooms all over the UK.  We will advertise your property on our website and all major property portals of which the Private Landlord cannot access themselves.  These sites which receive over 30 million letting searches per month combined.  These sites focus on letting property, whether it is Residential, Commercial or land. To gain all current prospective tenant leads within your area. We do not disclose your personal information and send you the leads directly to proceed or arrange the viewing for you if you choose.

You contact the interested prospective tenant to arrange viewings yourself, if you have opted for our DIY Landlords UK Free Advertising service, if you have Opted for our Advanced Marketing packages we will deal with all enquiries for you. The landlord meets the tenants and shows them around  (after all, we believe that landlords are far better at showing people around, knowing the property and the area so well.

We can handle the rest of the admin depending on the DIY Landlords UK Advertising Package you have selected from us! Remember we are here to help you, the Landlord.  The property is LET.  The new tenant moves in.  It really is that simple!

Minimum requirements of photographs are the front of the property, kitchen, dining room, lounge, one of the bedroom available to rent and the rear garden where applicable to take full advantage of your advertisement but if you do not wish to put images on your advertisement you do not have to.. Image guidelines: Landscape images should be at least 645 x 430 pixels (optimum size is 1024 x 768 pixels). Portrait images should be at least 430 pixels in height (optimum size is 768 x 1024 pixels). Images should be no larger than 1MB.

Please give a brief description of your property benefits and the area. Before the potential tenant clicks on the full advertisement

Please ensure you are informative and attractive with the wording of your advertisement. Why should the potential tenant look at your advert and not another Landlords. What does your property have to offer and benefit the prospective tenant. Please ensure you check the spelling of your description, this will be used on all advertising how it has been submitted.

Please remember by law this is required to be put into a deposit protection scheme within 14 days of receipt. If you do not require a deposit please put not applicable.

If the date is not submitted, you will be asked to supply your Gas Safe Certificate, if this cannot be found on the register. This is not required if you have no gas connection. You will agree in our terms and conditions your property meets legislative requirements. Failure to complete Gas Safe testing can result in a heavy fine or imprisonment to you. You do have the option later on to request a Gas Safe Test be completed. This must be completed every 12 months.

Maximum size 10MB Your EPC will be checked against the EPC Register to ensure this complies. You do have the option below to select an EPC to be completed or go to our homepage, get a quotation and book an appointment around you. This is a requirement of current legislation and must be completed before your advertisement goes live. Add your EPC Certificate, Floor Plans etc to give your advertisement full potential.

In order to let your property to potential tenants the minimum requirements are: a current Gas Safe Registered Certificate (testing required every 12 months by a qualified fitter) and a Energy Performance Certificate (EPC required renewal every 10 years). Current Licenses if required are in date? These will be checked by us against the official registers before your property goes live. If Commercial include Electrical Testing and if Land please check your legal requirements before confirming.
