Please report all repairs and maintenance problems at the property to our Repairs and Maintenance Team.

If there is loss of power to the property, please check there is not a power cut to the area or property, loss of water please check there are no issues with Severn Trent providing the service to the area, before calling our Repairs and Maintenance Team:

Our Repairs and Maintenance Team can be contacted via email: 24 hours a day (emails received will be replied to within business working hours on Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am – 5pm) or Telephone: 01509 276535 to report any Property Issues.
